Shipping

Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground or UPS and usually take about two weeks for processing and delivery. Flocco's is proud to offer "Free Shipping" in the continental US. Sorry no international orders at this time.

Our Return Policy

We will be happy to return your unworn shoes that are in the original box within two weeks of receiving your order. Please enclose a print of your order with instructions for credit or exchange. Please use a sturdy box for shipping (do not ship the shoe box by itself). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring package.
